At Latest Technologies Limited, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality IT products and exceptional service. We encourage customers to carefully inspect and verify all products before completing their purchase.

1. No Refund Policy

All products sold by Latest Technologies Limited are non-refundable. Once a purchase has been completed and the product has been delivered or collected, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances except where required by applicable law.

2. Returns

As a general policy, we do not accept returns on products that have been sold, including but not limited to:

• Laptops and desktop computers
• Mobile phones and tablets
• Computer accessories
• Networking equipment
• Printers and peripherals
• Software, licenses, and digital products
• Storage devices and memory products
• Other electronic gadgets and accessories

Customers are therefore advised to ensure that they have selected the correct product before making payment.

3. Defective or Faulty Products

If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect upon first use, the customer must notify Latest Technologies Limited within 48 hours of receiving the product.

The product will be inspected by our technical team. Where the fault is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect and not caused by misuse, accidental damage, liquid damage, electrical surges, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear, the product may be:

• Repaired under the manufacturer’s warranty;
• Replaced with the same or an equivalent product, subject to stock availability; or
• Referred to the manufacturer or authorized service centre for warranty processing.

A refund will not be provided for defective products unless required by law.

4. Warranty

Products carrying a manufacturer’s warranty are covered solely by the terms and conditions of that warranty. Warranty periods vary depending on the manufacturer and product type.

Customers may be required to present:

• Original purchase receipt or invoice;
• Warranty card (where applicable); and
• The complete product with all supplied accessories.

Warranty coverage does not apply to damage resulting from:

• Physical impact or accidental damage;
• Liquid or moisture exposure;
• Fire, power surges, or lightning;
• Improper installation or misuse;
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications;
• Normal wear and tear.

5. Incorrect Products Supplied

If Latest Technologies Limited supplies an incorrect product due to our error, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Provided the product remains unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, we will arrange an exchange for the correct item at no additional cost.

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

• Verifying product specifications before purchase.
• Inspecting products upon collection or delivery.
• Ensuring compatibility with their existing equipment before buying.
• Retaining their proof of purchase for warranty purposes.

7. Inspection Before Acceptance

Customers are encouraged to inspect their purchases before leaving our premises or immediately upon delivery. Acceptance of the product confirms that it has been received in good condition unless a defect that could not reasonably have been identified at the time of delivery is subsequently discovered.
